Maze generation works, but isn't pretty

The idea was to create a maze that the player must fly through, else get dropped out of warp only to try again later.

I've got a basic maze here, but the 90 degree corners are rough, plus i haven't worked out the kinks on playability of the ship... and it's pretty horrible right now. that's partly intentional as the game uses resource constraint mechanic where you have to crank to generate ship energy, then deplete that at some constrained rate.

i think flying will get better as i shift over to using the accelerometer for nav controls. the d-pad will be used for other stuff soon enough.

for now, with collisions turned off, at least i can fly to the end of the maze and watch my ship drop out of warp all on its own. that, and having dynamic maze segments, was the goal for tonight.
